I have had a very difficult year, my health challenges have included severe weakness and caused me to need to use a wheelchair or walker often, though I am only in my 30s.   

 

I have consistently taken advantage of a variety of alternative treatments under the skilled care of practitioners.  I was prescribed waist high medical grade compression tights and wore a belly binder at the same time along with a variety of other therapies.  All these have provided slow or mild hard fought for improvements.
